Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of LinkSpring (the “Service”), operated by MachEvo Technologies FZE (“MachEvo”, “we”, “us”), a Free Zone Establishment registered in the United Arab Emirates. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

LinkSpring connects your Amazon settlement reports to your Zoho Books account, creating categorized, reconciled accounting entries, VAT figures, and profitability reports.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the business you represent.

3. Free trial and billing

• We offer a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription (USD 19 per month, covering up to 2 organizations, as described at sign-up).
• Billing is handled by Stripe. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel anytime, and access continues until the end of the current paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• We may change pricing on reasonable notice.

4. Your responsibilities — accounting and tax

• You are responsible for reviewing the entries LinkSpring posts to your books and for the accuracy of your accounting and tax filings. LinkSpring is a tool that assists bookkeeping; it is not accounting, tax, or legal advice.
• VAT figures produced by LinkSpring are a helper. You are responsible for your VAT-registration status and filings, and should confirm figures with your accountant or tax advisor before filing.
• You must have the right to connect and use the Amazon and Zoho accounts you link.

5. Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the Service, attempt to breach its security, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

6. Third-party services

LinkSpring integrates with Amazon, Zoho, and Stripe. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services or their availability.

7. Intellectual property

We own the LinkSpring software, brand, and related materials. You retain ownership of your data.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for errors in your books or filings that result from your failure to review the entries the Service produces.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MachEvo’s total aggregate liability arising from or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes are subject to the competent courts of the UAE.
